#35 Rami Rasamny – Resilience, Adventure, and World’s Best Treks

Sara Shabana Book recommendation

In this episode of “The Sara Shabana Show,” I am delighted to welcome Ramy Rasamny as my guest.

Ramy, the founder of Life Happens Outdoors, is a passionate advocate for personal empowerment through outdoor experiences. With over 15 trips to Kilimanjaro, 8 journeys to Mont Blanc, and numerous company-led expeditions across the Himalayas, South America, and beyond under his belt, Ramy has an extensive background in adventure. Notably, he underwent a transformative change in his eating habits, which drastically altered the course of his life. It’s worth mentioning that he was once a law student, and his eating habits weren’t the only thing he left behind.

Key highlights from our conversation:

• How to navigating change and embrace the uncertainty that comes with it.

• How exploring the outdoors can uncover hidden aspects of yourself.

• What life lessons one could learn from the mountains.

• A rundown of the top global treks and what’s special about them.

Don’t forget to say “Hi” on Instagram (@SaraShabana.me), I always love to hear from you.
